80°c beyond this cooks the mate and makes it more bitter.

You need 10g per litre or half a tea ball per cup, the equivalent of a teaspoon.

You can brew this mate cold or hot.
To infuse cold: 1 hour or the day before in the fridge (Don't forget to remove your infuser)
This might be bitter!

To infuse hot: Boil water to 80°c (Before the water boils)
and let infuse for 4 to 5 minutes according to your taste.
