You can use this tea as a cold drink throughout your day or hot in the morning or as a snack. You can also use this tea in cooking to enhance your dishes: to infuse in your fruit salads for example.
80°c beyond this cooks the tea and makes it more bitter.
You need 10g per litre or half a tea ball per cup, the equivalent of a teaspoon.
