You can brew this tea cold or hot.
To infuse cold: 1 hour or the day before in a cool place (Don't forget to remove your infuser or the tea)
This might be bitter!

To infuse hot: Boil water to 80°c (Before the water boils)
and let infuse for 4 to 5 minutes according to your taste.

Contrary to popular belief, boiling water (100°C) is not ideal for all types of beverages, as it can alter delicate flavours or burn the leaves. So get into the habit of turning off the teapot or the heat before the water starts to simmer.

A good tea or infusion must be infused in water at less than 90 degrees. Your drink will be richer in active ingredients and better for your health! The recommended infusion time is 5 to 6 minutes.
For your cold drinks, let them cool for an hour or prepare them the day before. They cool overnight to give you a thirst-quenching drink when you wake up.
