You can brew this infusion cold or hot.
To infuse cold: 1 hour or the day before in the fridge (Don't forget to remove your infuser or the infusion)
This might be bitter!

To infuse hot: Heat water to 80°c (Before the water boils)
and let infuse for 4 to 5 minutes according to your taste.
