Southern Iced Herbal Tea Syrup

This syrup can be used like maple syrup: cakes, crepes, pancakes and yogurts or like a classic syrup with water.
Another idea: you can use it to sweeten your iced or hot tea drinks without altering the taste of the tea!

To replace traditional sugar
To avoid distorting the "true" taste of the tea
