You can use this tea as a cold drink throughout your day or hot in the morning or as a snack.

You can also use this tea in cooking to enhance your dishes: to infuse in your fruit salads for example.


80°c beyond this cooks the tea and makes it more bitter.

You need 10g per litre or half a tea ball per cup, the equivalent of a teaspoon.

You can brew this tea cold or hot.
To infuse cold: 1 hour or the day before in a cool place (Don't forget to remove your infuser or the tea)
This might be bitter!

To infuse hot: Heat water to 80°c (Before the water boils)
and let infuse for 4 to 5 minutes according to your taste.
